Dai used to be an inanimate doll sitting in a far-flung toy store collecting dust. He is based on soldiers known to inhabit continents far away from Ysteria, thus he shares much of his character and values with them. Strength, duty and family; these are some of their values. But Lei Lu has no family of his own, and he has no concept of it. His adventure begins with a search for companionship.
